2007 Pre emission Hino 268 box truck

Hi, I have an 07 Hino 268. It started shuddering really bad when in gear and at a standstill. If you are moving totally normal or if you throw it in park or neutral at a stop it is normal. Mechanic i know found if you unplugged the egr solenoid it worked normally. I ordered a new solenoid assembly and had it installed and it still is doing the same thing. Any ideas on what else would be causing this issue? It runs and drives absolutely fine once moving it is only a problem at a stop sign or red light. When you are stopped and in gear (forward or reverse) it feels like the truck will shake itself apart.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have the fuel system inspected it could be air in the line.

And how many miles does it have?

Could also be the idle needs tweaked.

157,000 miles. Runs totally fine unless at a dead stop. Shudder will go away if you unplug egr solenoid. replaced the whole assembly still does it.
