PS- Phillips,Pennzoil,Quakerstate,BP,ect ect ect....all market 10w30 oil. Walmart is a good source for just about any W oil you want.

That is some very informative stuff; I printed it out for the files. They say the W signifies the low temperature pour character of the oil. I think that's where the winter reference comes from. Now whether or not it actually means winter the world will never know
