Unruly ? That mob murdered one Capitol Hill police officer. Another one ate a bullet from his own gun as a consequence of what happened. A fairly large number who were part of the mob were chanting for the Vice-President to be hung. You have "Trump supporters" who have confessed to wanting...

This little fellow is a rather nasty little critter - at the crossroads of all sorts of _________ - well I can't actually use my preferred word here, but you probably get the idea: As far as "the real story being told" I'm looking forward to hearing his part in all of it.

I don't know that I would call it brilliant (more like sociopathic actually) but as you say: he was "good" at it. But all good things come to an end eventually.

For those that can see the man clearly, it surely will. That would raise a lot of issues as to whether any such pardons were actually valid ... or yet another attempt at obstructing justice. Muttly asked where was the evidence that Trump incited an insurrection. Well, it's starting to emerge...

You're according him way too much credit as some sort of Machiavellian genius. He isn't. There is no 24-dimensional chess being played. Having said that, don't discount he won't try to pull some crap before he's out the door. As far as advisors go, the close ones comprise a not insignificant...

Hard to say really. But as Turtle noted, he's probably - at least to some degree - preoccupied with thoughts of revenge against those he believes have wronged him. But I would say even more than that, he's pretty much wallowing in self-pity ... contemplating all the bad that has befallen him...

Yup. It boggles the mind. I can't even imagine having to deal with the guilt over that. We've had a number of friends and relatives infected with it, some much worse than others (multiple admissions to hospital, ICU, etc) ... fortunately all have recovered or are in the process. And...

Plead your "persecution" grievance to the wife and children of the Capitol Police officer who defended our Capitol and was murdered by the mob you were a part of. They'll never enjoy his company again.

While others watched the President refuse to be interviewed on the Russia matter and give his evidence to Mueller and his team. FWIW, I don't think the full, complete history of the Russia matter has been totally writ quite yet ... there will be more that comes out. But what has come out...
