About anything you can do in a crock pot you can do in a burton stove. Have the wife make up stuff while your out and throw in the cooler. Great way to have homemade stuff when not at home.

Don't you check for these things during a pre trip inspection? You just never know what will happen during a post trip.

If it would have been cobbed together at AB the tech. would have seen the stuff around the plug and said something right there and then. So it seems unlikley that it was caused at AB.

I don't know that it's the owners fault that the truck was filthy, but it is the owners fault for not having the team put up in a motel while the truck was detailed and serviced. I would think that if an owner has a good relationship with PII that they could have had someone glance at the truck...

Like the others said a week does not make a year. Give it four weeks to see what your pay is for both all miles, and loaded miles. Looks to me that your paid miles are better than average for how many you ran, and your deadhead does not look out of line. Just a little low on the pay per mile...

And that 2 cents might end up being someones pay per mile.
