Rags, I get the point. My point was that it makes people upgrade their phones sooner .... It matters. When people are holding onto their phones for 2+ yrs .. apple wants to nudge their customers to upgrade to the latest new model.

I think it's a good point ... Perhaps the variety of competitors in the marketplace. Apple is the 1 company in the iphone market. No competition and brand loyalty. If LG slowed down their phones I would imagine they would risk loosing business to Samsung, etc ..

I do recall some old posts on EO concerning Sprinters & deer guards .. Correct me if I'm wrong, haven't some members advised against putting a deer guard on Sprinters? Sprinters being unibody ... I don't have time now to sift through & search ...

Maybe ... simply reporting what I heard out in the field .... I go out west more than most but I have no idea how a properly cared for turbo would perform under those conditions. Daily back & forth through the Rockies has to put that component under mucho stress ... dpf filters was his #2...

Same here ... I got 608K on mine ... Couple of years back I was speaking to a guy that owned a shuttle company in the Rockies. Ran Sprinters from the airport in Denver to Aspen, Vail, etc ... frying turbos was his #1 headache. I said lots of mountainous driving :)
