Oops,:o forgot to adjust for our lovely GST.. that would bring it down to $1.12/Litre or $4.24/Gallon, and that's for diesel.

Seems to me we get paid about the same up here (in Ontario) as you people do, and yet we're paying about $4.45/gallon yesterday! ($1.17-$1.18/Litre, which is roughly one quart!)

I'm just curious. Ontario doesn't seem to have the same amenities for truckers as the USA. Husb loves the food you guys have over there, it's different for him and he's not sick of it yet. I'm just wondering if those of you who are mostly travelling in the USA do get sick of the types of food...

Our truck came with an alarm, I guess similar to what would be on a car, so if someone were to try to open the door while sleeping, it would go off. But you're right, the added security of a bungy cord or something would give added peace of mind. Just wondering how many of you carry large wads...

Scuse my ignorance.. why would people need to put bungy cords and dog chains to prevent their doors from opening.. if the doors are locked?

In the 'what's new' section, it says the truck routing one can come in either 3.5" or 7" size.. but the 7" is not listed anywhere under products.. anyone know when the 7" might be available?

Yes, we are an OO.. and yes, it's been very tough financially with this company.. we are investigating other carriers now, and plan on leaving once husb has his 6 months in.. otherwise, there will be a pile of additional charges.. bright side is that time is coming up very soon.. downside is...
