Putin's troops are currently slaughtering ethnic Russians and Russian-speaking people in Eastern Ukraine. Check out Kharkiv - it has a large ethnic Russian population. He's also indiscriminately attacking and targeting cluster munitions at civilian populations. That's a war crime.
