    Headlight bulb replacement ?

Call napa and ask them about ordering them. With a million vehicles that use them, I don't think you should have a lot of problems ordering them.

    Headlight bulb replacement ?

I haven't but again what I did to fix the problem was to cut a piece of plastic that boasters the headlamp unit and that gave me the clearance I needed to use the angled socket.

    Panther Sitting at Truck Stops

OK, I DON'T know Panther may or may not do this but some companies will look at their fleet owners/owners and see that they get loads while other companies who need to maintain an image will provide work to those who fit the company's image to their liking. Many will say this isn't possible...

    Been sick all day.

Well I would consider a shot or two. The infrastructure is not the problem of the federal government and if it does fall apart, then that is the fault of the states. The revenue derived for the infrastructure seems to be going like this, me (or you) to the state to the feds back to the states...

    Headlight bulb replacement ?

Napa, Advanced Auto, Amazon and the Freightliner dealer all seem to have those. I would consider buying 9006 and "fixing" the problem for the straight socket bulb as I had to do on one of the trucks.

    Led light problems

The computer has a setting that can be changed for LED lights. Take your Volvo to the Volvo dealer and have a tech readjust the threshold for the lights you have replaced and have that done for those you are going to replace. EACH light has to be done separately because of the way Volvo and Mack...

Slowing down to save fuel and increase

You know what funny, most ignore the way the engine works and only see what they want to see. I mean there are two types of engines in our trucks, one medium duty and one heavy duty. There is a purposeful design in these engines, a sweet spot or where the engine's volumetric efficiency peaks...

We are Under attack by Law Firms looking for Deep Pockets

Actually this is what I and others have talked about for a long time. I say get over it and do what you need to do to CYA. Stop and look at how you practice your profession and be more on top of things. Stop buying into the "must got to get it there" crap and learn how to be in control...

    Doomsday Preppers

I would not worry about Obama or what ever, it is the others I would worry about. Having problems with what? Headlights lamps? Seriously? Just get some from any autoparts store, you don't have HID lights.

    Doomsday Preppers

It does not matter what we think, talking about it in an open forum is where I was going.

    Doomsday Preppers

Sorry layout but part of the problem you will face will be caused by talking about what you have. It has nothing to do with the "what if" machine but pretty much common sense. Those who prepare, seriously prepare don't talk about anything and you know why. But ... No good with being in a...

If you want to think that, great but you may not get much closer to home than you think.

    Doomsday Preppers

So here is the thing layout, you are over in San Diego, just waiting to unload and all hell breaks loose ... no phone ... hard to get fuel ... all of that. Will you have access to that ammo and weapons?

That's true but don't you remember the attitude of the country at that time?

    Opps.....

But they were popular to those who needed that type of transportation. A few Baker owners for that matter kept their cars well past 30 years because they still served them well. We were not a "mobile" society back then and that is one reason why they did lose out and faded for a while until now...

Sprinters with ac units on roof

Well the reason I ask is because even with the Air Tabs, that is a really good for higher air resistance. I've seen a couple on sleepers where they built around the panel an air dam to push the air away. I've also seen a sprinter used as an RV with the same setup, it brought the owner a half...

    Panther Sitting at Truck Stops

Well newtothis, the truth is that it all depends on the company and how they manage their capacity. I know I will hear different from some but there are too many factors involved with the company on the company end to keep their trucks moving - from a lack of use of office people to the bad word...

Sprinters with ac units on roof

So EB, just wondering, how are your panels setup, what I mean is are they mounted with a space and nothing around them to move the wind away from them?
