At home and I've been going to the chiropractor 3 times a week and getting the neck and back taken care of. I'm improving slightly, but it's going to take a while to get all straightened out.

This is so sad. There's not really a lot we can do to stop these kind of events from happening. Of course the issue of gun control will be brought up, but for now my prayers go out to the families and victims of this tragedy.
