Do dispatchers at fixed rate companies like Panther see the rate the driver is paid, or just the miles? I know at FedEx, where I used to be, the dispatcher always told me miles, pay, etc... but I just wondered if fixed rate companies give their dispatchers the pay info.

OK.. not to keep this going, but I have to make a couple comments. I am confused as heck here. I don't post a lot, but I do read everything. Nothing was said by anyone that could result in anyone being sued! You can't sue someone for a comment made on a PUBLIC forum stating their opinion...
You're right.. all the problems in our industry, and someone complains about caps..
