I'm not Davekc but I will respond also. The best advice I can give you is to see a lawyer that deals with contracts that knows the laws with the IRS. So, many people right now use contracts that aren't worth the paper they are wrote on. Do your research that is all I can say.

My first truck was a 1995 FL 60 with a 5.9 Cummins with 3.73 rear end. The truck got 14.1 mpg at 55 mph as that was the speed limit back then for trucks in 1995. I think you would be fine with 3.73 as Dynamite said.
