I thought panther had fixed that at the end of my tour of duty there. At least one of my previous carriers (maybe it was schneider) had it fixed so that the qc only chirped (screamed) if it was load related. All generic fleet messages lit the incoming message light, but did not chirp. eb

That library. I had to laugh. As soon as you mentioned it, I tried to picture it in relation to a straight truck. A straight truck showing up, they would think you were there to move the whole library. And only one accessible electric outlet in the building. But they were friendly. eb

That is a very good general rule. I usually scout the location first by pulling up a satellite image of the address. Even with the van I don't like confined spaces. eb

Juju, Have you ever tried Google Latitude with your phone/computer? You get the same functions or more, and can track any of your friends who have google accounts connected through their phones. Everyone, not just Ken. eb

The spacing for the mounting screws for the qc console matched my computer RAM mount set up. The screws are #8-32 x 1/2". The screw just bottoms out when tight, so it would probably be best if I used a washer. I have extra screws if anyone needs them. eb
