If I'm dropping off or picking up a load at the yard, unless it's addressed to ARC I go up to dispatch and one of the friendly people there look after it. If its an ARC load I see one of the uhhh people in the warehouse.

I know the Cargomaxx replaces the 16" DRW with a custom 17.5" single. I imagine that would take care of any weight concerns.
