All the major cities have those truck stops. I usually stay a some of the worst ones because there the most entertaining. I'm sure some day it will bite me in the ass but for ten yrs I haven't had a problem. I'm ugly enough that ppl leave me alone. Maybe they feel bad for me idk.

I'm home with the family for the holiday. I gotta install my new rooftop while I'm home so I can get rest on the road when it's hot. This past week was rough on me, couldn't get any rest at all. Hope everyone has a fun and safe holiday weekend.

I will admit that for 400 bucks my 4000 watt champion has worked well. I know they are throw-aways but it's been on this van for over 3 yrs and it's still purring like a kitten. Always starts on the first pull. I change the oil often and change the plug once or twice a yr. It is heavy though.

It's always at least two weeks for most plants but some shut down quite a bit longer then that. Just wondered if anyone has heard anything. With the way this year has went who knows right?

When my champion finally takes a dump I'm going to get this yamaha. Less money than the honda, much lighter and almost as quiet. You can't go wrong with the Hondas or the Yamahas.

Anyone have any info about the auto shutdowns this July? Just wondering.

I like having a passenger seat plus I already have a 14" hole in my roof so I ordered a new Colman. Going to install it in this weekend.

Nice! I have never gotten 23 mpg out of my 2010. I did several times on my 08. If I get 20 I'm doing good. Smh!

Had a bad 24 hrs. Driving through Mississippi yesterday evening and it's like 95° and noticed the AC coming out of my vents was no longer cold. Then I woke up this morning soaked in sweat and realized the air coming out of my rooftop AC was no longer cold either. Not sure what the chances are of...

Note to self: get in the habit of always asking what a load pays before saying yes to it. Smh!
