If I cook any pasta while at home I make a lot extra and freeze the leftovers. This makes for a quick meal just throw a few vegetables and some meat in with the pasta and you have a meal.

After 4 years I still think the staff at FCC is very professional. There are always exceptions to this. We have found that we when we treat the dispatcher as a professional we are in turn treated the same way.

I was very surprised to find that the AP (Appalachian Trail) is just north of the Flying J in Carlyle PA. You can step out to the road and see the overpass and there is a small trail up to the main trail. I thought that was pretty awesome!
