At night I turn my lights off and on to signal to a truck that's it's safe to come back over. During the day, I flash my brights. At night, I would much prefer the on/off because the brights temporarily blind me when I'm looking in the mirror.

We don't run unless the run pays. We are cutting back on all the extras, and doing everything possible to keep expenses down for our owner. We negotiated and EM that paid our fuel costs, we don't pay for fuel, but anything we can do to help the owner, helps us as well.

Ok, I want to know why expediters don't wave to other expediters on the road? If we did that, we could even include those pesky VANS and they wouldn't feel so left out. :D I always wave when I see another expediter......but it makes them drive faster :eek:

Flattop, I don't see that you did anything wrong. While in T/T we traveled I-77 3 or 4 times a week with heavy beer loads. Pass away on the uphill, just don't pull right back in front of them on the approach to the downhill because they want to build up speed to help them get up the next hill.
