Hey we fixed the dryer, lol. It's a long exhaust vent. AC in the plenum causes it to get cool and damp and that lint builds up in the summer. Oh and wheels up and 32,000 feet.....it's another day.

And I approve of this message LOL. CIS is an agent. In my opinion a great one. I have seen them handle many claims for my owner operators and seen how hard they fight and work for them. Agents are paid a set commission by insurance companies. Their value is in finding coverage and in service...

Exactly. A lot of ways to look or judge the metrics....none tells the whole story.

We'll never is every area or division busy at once. But I look at load count, avg empty and available time per unit and revenue as daily metrics.
