I believe what you pulled, or what I was told anyway, is called the rhomboid lumbosis (sp) it is very painfull. I have suffered this several times. Pain relievers help but I have found that deep massage done a few times a day worked the best for me.

Done moving for the day. Relaxing watching some TV then some supper in a bit then the normal Sunday nite programs. Deliver at 9 in the am. Been a perfect weekend.

I run them. Have close to 85k on them and tread depth is 13/32, they are 19/32 new. Only tore I have ran. Just make sure to swap them side to side before half way through the tread life and run them at 110 to115. You will have to experiment with the pressure. I run 113 but I'm heavy on the nose.

Well another expo in the books and it was a good one. Lots of EO members in attendance and a lot of fun had by all. Casino night was great with lots of nice prizes. We won 50 bucks courtesy of Try Hours. The band afterwards was a good time as well. I think all who attended had a great time. So...
