I think I struck a nice compromise: with the whole bed down, we can handle two skids. The rear section of the bed is 18”; fold that up, there’s the whole 120”. Not the longest freight section out there, but being a team is a better selling point, IMHO[emoji41] Sent from my iPhone using EO Forums

Got a run with the old van one night out of PA going to NC; the carrier asked me if I’d go with 2800 lbs (set weight was 2650). I said okay. Get to the pick and they put the skids on the van. She squatted like a dog on a walk. I asked the shipper to remove and reweigh the skids. 4450!! Oh well...
