Yup Turtle :D I'm impatience and my dispatchers are impatience. That's equates to more loads available for me, lol. Really, my dispatchers and I kinda have the understanding. They will not ask me to DH, unless they are 99% sure that they can secure the loads for me.

BINGO brother OVM ! There's no negotiations. Lol. My DHs are above the norm. Pretty much when arrived at my DH destinations, I usually secure the loads within 24 hours...Yup, DH on my dollars, but my dispatchers will work with me on securing the next loads(Team efforts:rolleyes: ). But...

I stopped calling my dispatchers for loads 3 yrs ago. They always say...."If we have anything, we'll let you know." And they did let me know, sometimes a week later, Lol.
