Well we might log a turn down but not sure we normally call an OOS unit. Your hour clock isnt running when you are OOS so that wouldnt have any effect. Was it a load offer through the automated system? If so this might be a glitch we need to look at.

I think it repeats after two minutes right now. But it plays a couple of times vs a single alert I think?

LOL, it was an Android issue when they updated their operating system. Gonna happen from time to time.

We have identified the issue regarding the Load Map problem and rolled out a fix. You just need to close the LOD app and reopen it. Thanks for your patience.

They have now been able to replicated the issue with the load map and are working on it.... stand by.

Asked Ed to reach out to you directly as we checked with a number of drivers on IOS and Android and no one is having the issue that we can find.

Per Ed who heads our tech team. We’ll have to check about the weather. For the CST question, the times are sent based on current time zone phone is at. If he’s in EST time zone and phone is still showing CST, it may not be able to connect to his service provider. Sent from my iPhone...
