Express went fine. Carrier group one I had to uncheck express, then it went through. It was after hours yesterday when I sent them, so I'll call today to verify.

    Express vs Carrier Group

One more thing about Carrier Group loads, if they seem hesitant about putting the load on a straight truck, you can remind them( some don't realize or don't know) that they make a larger commission for Express vs a TT. Sometimes that can give them the incentive to make it work for you. Most...

    Phones Bluetooth

I would think it is an individual preference. I like the Blue Parrot B250XT. The sound quality is great. It cuts out all the background noise and runs a long time on a single charge. I usually charge it at bed time, but if I forget, it will last a few days. They cost anywhere from $99 - $129 +...

Will it fit in the space we have available? Carrier Group agents, not Express, generally post trailer loads. And they don't...

    Follow Me

Yes, but the load alerts will continue regardless of the macro use and/or load status. Example: Before I made my delivery this morning, I was already getting my Follow me alerts for the area I was in. By the time I made my delivery, I had many, many loads to consider.

    Follow Me

That's the only two macros I use. I didn't think they affected the alerts though. Linda, please explain. Thanks

    Follow Me

Sometimes it pays off to get those alerts along your route. You can double back a short distance for some nice loads that you might miss if you wait until destination to search. Especially when you get alerts while on your 30 minute break and you are close to your destination.

Thanks for the info, that's kind of what I thinking. I'm looking for the standard size pallet jack.

    Pallet jacks

I was thinking about getting the skinny one but not sure how stable it would be for regular pallets. Would you recommend the skinny one for universal use or the regular size?

    First Week at Landstar completed

Also, regarding Comdata : When you have a load that is NOT Express, your fuel money is loaded on your settlement card, by you on the website, not by the agent. This fuel money can ONLY be used for fuel and cash advance, you CANNOT purchase DEF . You can get cash and use it for DEF purchase...
