How have they changed dead head we have seen nothing different? The fsc has gone down along with the price of fuel so our fsc on our deadhead miles has really went down. That is not a FCC thing that is driven by the national fuel price average.

Last time we bought shocks Bob asked our local Freightliner what their shocks cost and when he heard the price he said ok I will go to NAPA. The sales guys asked Bob what the shocks were at NAPA and he then beat the price. That was a new one for us.

You are looking at two different things. The VRU is loads dispatched from an Express Center and C-Link is trucks checked into a Express Center.

Bob said nope you can get shocks at NAPA. Get the part number off of your sales ticket and then NAPA can cross reference the part number for the correct shocks. If they did not write the part number down look on the lower half of the shock absorber. This number will be a Freightliner number...
