It's been a little easier. There are still some places that make you go to the truck fuel desk and then some of them are still writing down the transaction on paper and they say they fax them in to CS where they'll be added in 72 hours. I missed some credits that way when they didn't get added for some reason.So, I've been out to lunch, whats up with the shower stuff at the TA's, still a can of worms to get a shower credit or what? Whats the good word??
At some places, I go in to have them added and they say, "Yes, sir," and do it right there.
"What, no argument?" I ask. "No explanation of how you can't do that...?"
The BPs are still a problem.
Well, they're British, you know.
