Yupp Dog face Grimlins.

I worked out Tue, Wed , Friday and now its Sunday im going

to go work out again.

BTW. Since it seem the Co thinks I fat and need to be on Diet. No runs.

No runns for me so I will go do sit ups Push ups and then go Runn as well.

I gess when I get back into shape Ill get a Good Long distance Run.

Yupper all 168lbs fat.

sure is ODD I have not gained a any Weight since 2005.
