It's an option to give/accept feedback when you make up your profile. It can't be turned on and off.

Hey Kim,
It's not about my feedback, I am who I am though I don't mean to upset the balance....
I am and have been a student and teacher in the ways of expedite (more of a student) but prefer not to take myself too seriously.
My Tom foolery goes back to a time when you were not around to offer your professional insite, suffice it to say I feel as though I have earned my wings and can fly without your endorsement.
If you find it distasteful my jibs and jabs perhaps you might be of fair mind and read back aways to a time when I like so many sought counsel from people that might find me mildly entertaining and encountered to put it softly individuals full of crap.
When it is all said and done I will not lose sleep over stars, endorsements or ones inability to see things as I.
We are after all individuals.

Say what? All I said was that you had gotten all positive feedback in the ratings. I just wondered why you would want to get out. How in the world did you take the few words I said as some kind of a shot? If you would rather not be rated, that's just fine with me. I have no concern with being able to rate you one way or the other. I just have no clue where this came from. Did you forget to take your medication today?
