Still in my truck going to waste my day I'm sure who needs a refer? Clueless is word of the day.

Looks like two separate units.
Also looks like it could have been left on the dock , signed for, and they could have called you back to store it for a fee, or re-consign it for a fee.
Good chance somebody will be very unhappy by the time it gets resolved.

Looks like it may have been off the truck once. Why did it go back on? Someone paying you wait time, warehouse fee, weekend premium?
If so it may not be all that bad of a weekend load if the price was right.:)

this is one unit its 92 high by 106 wide, the receiver is a nursing home, there is no dock, no forklift, and the nurse can't budge it, its over 1500 lbs of stainless and refer compressors, this is the mother of refer units, the " dock door in the picture is only 76" clearance, and all inside doors are he same, that even if the doors were big enough, the hallway it enters too is too narrow to make the turn, how do you spell it out, IT WON'T FIT! NO WAY NO HOW! Im hoping for a full return charge and a return trip with the correct fitting units (2) of them which would be a almost 2,000 mile run
Oh yea, and it's a liftgate delivery, which i didn't find out till after it was on the truck, yea right, liftgate and 6 gorrillas, as a pallet jack isn't gonna fit under it. Ive had to turn down 3 runs so far this morning.

We do a similar product for Fedex.
The load is sent out to a team, and described fully.
It pays labor for both drivers, and if this large and heavy, another truck, often a van, sometimes a straight truck, is dispatched. They'll make it clear that they need four physically fit drivers.

Sometimes they may only go 20 or 30 miles from a frt dock or an airport but they are always worth waking up from your nap to do.

Of course, they need to fit through the doors:)

Pallet jack under each end.
Would work better with two liftgates or from your truck to auto carrier/tiltbed and then to the ground.

Our team has gotten those inside labor/non adjacent/ extra labor - loads as well. I think some of the older, more mature husband / wife teams turn them down. We accept them for a great rate, and a lot of times they turn into a piece of cake. But not always. I remember unloading a semi trailer of ammo, in TX, by hand once. That's a whole different post.

We did 7000# of steel shelving. Palletized. The place actually had 8 exterior doors all too small for the pallets.
We enjoy a workout occasionally.
We just wouldn't be as fast as your team.
One way or another, we'll GET ER DONE !

That's where mrgurupe moving company would have worked.
Put it on their truck and they can hold it hostage/COD all week.
You could be serving your normal customers.

Sorry, so easy to play Monday Morning Quarterback.
