Hi folks,
I am a Sprinter owner operator and have been working for a small local expediting company. I roughly have 10 month experience and right now I am looking for a better company. I only average 1000 miles per week and my per mile rate sounds just as bad. The two reasons I put up with this company is that jumping from company to company will only make my resume/application look bad and I know I need experience before I could get into a good company. So right now I am asking for advice, what is the best or one of the best companies to go to? I am looking to make good money. Please help me, I don't want to be a job hopper. I will greatly appreciate your input.

Now,this is off topic but do dedicated routes exist for sprinter vans?

I'd have to say Bolt or Express-1 for your Sprinter.

Dedicated?? prolly somewhere...it's a big country...maybe some of the good fellowship will know.

Thanks OntarioVanMan, I suppose I'll call Bolt first since they are closer to me. By the way, Did anyone here anything negative or positive about On Time Express? do they give their drivers enough work?

OntarioVanMan, By the word "enough" I meant 1500-2000 miles per week.
