It seems to be getting more attention for the crime itself than attention for this guy getting the death penalty. When you compare the cases you have 2 criminals that killed people, 2 innocent people are dead. One case is getting worldwide attention and protests as though GA is about to kill a choir boy but in the other it is just being reported that some guy is going to be killed in TX. I don't feel bad for either, I think they are both going to deal with the consequences of their actions but one man is viewed as less worthy of saving based on his beliefs.

There is a big difference, the guy in Georgia seems to have an issue with no evidence and the witnesses recanting or telling lies while the guys in Texas seem to have a lot of evidence.

So if you want to put to death one of them, I wouldn't consider the guy in Georgia as a candidate for it.
