Where can I find a co-driver online?

I was all set to go for orientation on Feb 20th, and with no notice or warning my co-driver bailed out on me. So I am searching for a new one. My friends who have CDL's are either happy in their jobs or don't want to be out for 3 weeks at a time, so I need to go with a total stranger, which doesn't bother me. There are so many forums out there, most of the ones I see don't have a "find a driver" forum or they do have one and it's dead. Any suggestions on where to go? If anyone knows anyone, I'm in southwestern PA. :)

Use the free classified ads right here on EO. I am looking to team myself and I live in Sharon,Pa.,but based on your username I think you are female and my Wife is against that. You might also check a Driving School near you to find a partner. Good Luck.

Tell the wife "She's a driver,not a female".
When my daughter looked for her first gig she turned down guys who were going to add a second bunk "when money got better" and turned down one offer to sleep "head to toe".
Today she teams with her husband.

Thanks guys, I've just been hitting every forum possible and I know I miss stuff. To bad the wife is against it. My other half knows I want to team with a guy and he has no problem with it. Sharon is so close! :-(

I know from experience that codrivers can be opposite gender, heterosexual, more or less normal, and maintain a perfectly businesslike [and successful] relationship.
I also know from experience that if one driver's spouse is unhappy with the idea, no one will be happy. Much better to find a codriver your spouse doesn't have a problem with, IMO.
Good luck, Starkitty, there's someone out there who will work with you, I'm sure.
:)
