First thing fire them. I would then speed limit your truck.
First thing I did it was to ask him to buy the van from me for a more than decent price. Since the answer was a refusal, I had to let him go. But I still feel sorry for him and I'm thinking of giving him a second chance, but as you said, to limit the speed at 75.

Buy him a one way ticket on a 90 MPH train home.
No need to complicate the simple.
1. I would verify that the information is accurate. 2. If it proves true that the driver is running 90+ constantly, I would immediately terminate him or her. What would you do if you find out that one of your drivers was running constantly your vehicle with 90+ mph?

Not sure what type of GPS you are using.
Our Rand McNally TND-710 currently reports our top speed as well over 120 mph! (Truck is governed at 65.) Not really impressed with the accuracy
It's Garmin and it's accurate, I verified it myself when it records the top speed. Of course, the top speed I reached was 78 in western Texas.
