What software do you use to manage your trucking business?

I use Quicken to keep track of our finances and spreadsheets to keep track of fuel mileage and loads. Quicken is easy to use and easy to set up the different categories how I like to see them. The ability to set up sub categories is especially helpful as if wanted I could keep track in a separate category for each bottle of polish that was bought for the truck or every roll of paper towels purchased.

It is easy to make sure I keep my categories straight with all of the various reports I am able to run.
