There's an Outer Space Treaty?

Apparently so ......
"According to the 1967 Outer Space Treaty no nation can own the Moon"

"China has plans to land a probe on the Moon later this year and astronauts by 2020. Because China's lunar plans are more ambitious than most, some fear they may get too much control of the moon"

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!!!! Ask the Native Americans how those treaty things work!!!
Ask the families of the Axis (WWII) POW's slain by the Allies (American, British soldiers included) how well those treaty things work!!!
Ask the families of the slain North Korean and Chinese POW's how those treaty things work.
Ask the families of the slain VC and NVA POW's how those treaty things work.
Iraq, Afghanistan, etc, etc, etc!!
And we need to worry that China won't honour a space treaty!!!!!!??????
