A "VAT" would finish off our economy for good. Don't be fooled. A "VAT" is NOT a simple sale tax, it is far more evil than that. Everything you buy would likely double in price.

"VAT" is only part of what this fascist/socialist whatever he is is hinting at. Watch for a MAJOR raise in the age that you can draw Social Security. Watch for "means testing" for Social Security. Which is just ANOTHER form of transfer of wealth. Watch out for a major rise is tax rates, aimed at the most productive members of the Nation. Not the rich, the wage earners. He is a slimy son of a gun and cannot be trusted. Watch out for him moving on some or all of his "ideas" without going through congress. He BELIEVES that he runs the country. The Constitution means nothing to him.

1st when does that SOB ever stop campaigning!?!? Now he is going to hit the middle class with a tax increase.."barry reid"...i mean harry reid has already spoke of that. Cap and tax is coming either my rule of congres or mandate by the epa..either way its coming....barry is pushing a bank tax on all banks that they force to take the bailout (remember there were banks that didn't want that money and were force to take it) and yea i believe he will put a VAT in place..and he won't touch the tax codes as they are now..so we will be hit as hard as they can hit us.....

Simply put, he is BS'ing these other G20 leaders and taking our country to BK...its what they plan....they have no plan to reduce the defict and the cuts he is talking about are a joke...they will buy less office supplies.......defict comission...talking heads and nothing will come of it....they are nothing more then puppets that will give back the info barry and his handlers want to hear....keep spending and printing money.....spend your way out of debt...hell even japan and europe is coming to grips with the fact that spending ain't working and turbo tim is begging them to continue as they tell him and barry to bite it...

He is going to have a hard time with the VAT, his latest stimulus bill didn't get far and so far at the G20 dog and pony show, he has yet to impress anyone, especially the people of the US. People may be fooled about some things but a VAT will hit the poor and lower middle class hard and it will be a backlash against his party because they know it. They already know that tax increases are going to hurt us and like health care, it will have to be a strong armed conflict within the party and within congress to get it passed with any certainty.

We are already going to face BIG tax increases come January one 2011. With the return of the Clinton tax tiers and new taxes with health care, there is a prediction that the first quarter will be fine but the second will be hell on the country. What we experienced in 2009 should prepare us for what happens in 2011.

If we do slip into a depression, then we may end up seeing a Jimmy Carter with a hostile congress which is what we need.

Well that certainly was good news boys and girls, makes the coming months a joy and expediting even more trying then it is now. I'm jumping with joy and excitement, would someone buy me a beer. Lets hold off a few days for more joy until I digest the other good news...................
