Too hard to tell without knowing who is paying for what? It says .38 cents per mile. Is that the miles you drive only, or for every mile the truck is rolling on a load. Two very different numbers especially if it is a team operation.

I would not accept that offer myself. Maybe someone new might just to get some experience. If a team covers a 2000 mile run, each driver gets 1000 miles at .38 cents.

Our drivers get .52 cent or .26 each for every loaded mile. They also get 20% each for deadhead, Layover, stop offs, and any bonus's to the truck. We give them 100% of any hand loads and border crossing fees. We pay all the fuel tolls and road Taxes also too. I think DaveKC pays his teams 60% of the line haul and 100% of the FSC.
