Is there a transcript of that somewhere? It would be nice if the WH received a few dozen million copies in the mail. Not that it would do any good, but they would at least have to personally acknowledge they were sent.

Yes, if they were from one sender it definitely would be, although not for the criminal purpose of stealing. If they were single copies from concerned citizens they wouldn't be spam, they'd be communications from constituents.
