What agent do I call?

One of the hardest things for us has been learning what agent to call in what area.

I have started keeping track this year in Streets & Trip of dropping a pin of where we pickup and adding the agents initials of who gave us the load and the date.

Some agents have freight everywhere and others are very specific of the area or even the customers they work with. So far this has been the hardest for us is learning "Who do we call?"

We are hoping to broaden our agent base for the slow times.

I use my GPS favorites to save pick up info with agent codes. Then when I get in an area, I just look at my Favorites to see what is closest to me.

Roamin what kind of GPS do you use? We have a Rand McNally and while we save our pickup and delivery locations I had not thought of adding an agent code to the names.

I use a Garmin. I just add to favorites and name it with agent code

Also, if you have Google maps with location history, you can see everywhere you have been and where you stopped.
