Moose my man..I'm assuming they plugged it so it wouldn't spill nasty jeep goo on the street. You as a trucking dude should know what a no no dispersing any type of vehicle liquid on the community street is a major infraction. bsides, they did this somewhere in Britain, qand the brits walk even tighter then we do.
