renovation: contractor will be starting this morning.....hallway and bathroom for the most part is all gutted plaster/lathing off stripped off, doors and trim gone, old flooring ripped off, sink gone....only tub remains the plumber needs to come to put shutoffs in..been a busy past week.

Measure twice, cut once!!!
Heck, I've been known to measure 2 or 3 times and still cut wrong.
I cuss loud every time I do that.

I hate doing trim...I never get the angles right....LOL

I hear ya!! I remember having a heck of a time about 20 years ago doing a simple crown molding project at home. Getting that trim right for the 90 degree corners and angled "down" seemed impossible! I'm sure I probably wasted several pieces of trim before I slowed down enough to get it right.
