Joe is a native of Detroit, MI.
He spent 3 years in the Army Security Agency. and then 17 years with the National Security Agency.
He then worked at Cabela's as a Product Specialist and at Gander Mountain as a fishing department manager.
He and 'Mrs Layoutshooter', his wife of 36 years Jeanette, now reside in La Salle Michigan which is located between Monroe and Toledo. He says it's a very small town with more people residing in the cemetary than in the township.
They operate under the name of J.M. Expediting LLC. and are leased to FedEx Custom Critical, where they are O/O of a 2006 M112 M2 Business class Freighliner. They are TVAL, White Glove and "everything else" you can do for FedEx.
The nickname "Layoutshooter" is because of his favorite style of duck hunting which involves the use of a "layout" boat.
