Weird Road signs

To go along with the "no doom and gloom" idea started in another thread I came up with this one.

What are some of the odd road signs you have seen? Signs that are specific to an area or just unique.

I'll start with this one. It's on the road north out of Smooth Rock Falls ON. It makes you realize you are truly going where not many go.

I remembered this one,(eat here get gas) they say that after a meal escaping of gases is a compliment to the cook, but I am pretty sure it is the northern escape route, not the southttp://www.expeditersonline.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=298&stc=1&d=1205944847
funnysignhaha.jpghern. This one was sent to me today from my moms husband.

Pretty sure about this one. On I65 going north to Louisville I seen a sign that said, "Used Cows for Sale" with a number below it. and just yesterday right after I got into Kentucky on I 75 in Florence on the side by the highway someone had spraypainted a sign that says, "Fresh Turkey's for Sale". I wonder if they got them at the same place as the Used Cows?!:D Also, if yer driving down US 30 thu West Virginia and PA there is a sign on the right that reads, "Got Farwood". Also along the same stretch you will see the use of the phrase "Get R Done" many times.

A couple of years ago my hubby & I delivered a water pump to a coal mine in West Virgina. Along one of the back roads (more like a cow path) there was an old, beat up car with this homemade sign: " fUR SALE". Down the road a bit, there was another house with 2 beat up cars and this sign:"2 FUR SALE". We laughed for hours.

Somewhere between Phoenix & Atlanta, I saw a sign that just boggled my mind: "Remove a brain tumor through your nasal passages? We do that."
Besides creating a mental picture that nobody could enjoy having in their head, the creators forgot that kids read billboards, too, and left out the warning about it being done by highly trained professionals, and DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME.
Because you just know that somewhere, some 8 year old boy is gonna grab a pair of pliers & his little brother.....

In Yosemite by the old pioneer village is the sign "Not a Through Toad"

And how about in Washington outside of Seattle, its at the same exit as the TA on 90, the Sign reads "Dead End for 3/4 miles" question what is it after 3/4 mile? The original sign there read "Dead End for 2 1/2 miles"

Saw a sign in Canada: "Don't jump off bridge". Is jumping off bridges in Canada so common that a sign is required? One of my favorites was a sign in Anderson, Indiana, years ago in front of the Planned Parenthood Office: "Planned Parenthood. Please Use Rear Entrance". That method may not plan your parenthood, but it will definately decrease the chances of it.

one of my favorites is on I-70 outside of Indy, they put up signs to let you know what river or creek you are passing over, well they actually spent money to put up a sign telling me about "nameless creek".

I've always gotten a chuckle out of that one.

how about the signs on 75 in either ky or tn for, 'lost caverns'. i would think if you know where they are they are no longer lost. maybe someone just needs to go to claim them to make them 'found caverns' or 'we know where they are caverns'. this could get really silly.

My favorite is in a Texas rest area...."WATCH FOR SNAKES". Funny how quickly you realize that your bladder is bigger than you originally thought!!!!
