OK Holidays are over how or why?

Since October I have watched my weight at the Gym go up and up about a half a pound a week. (most I have ever gained in any period in my life) Not much in the way of fast food deserts etc..

Last three weeks due to weather, no gym except on weekends and than I felt so tired and lazy my work outs to say the least have been well not much in the way of a work out.

But I have lost and lost almost 10lbs, I eat senseible but I have cut out that running and than making myself dinner followed by bed. Thus I have determined is why I have lost the Lbs instead of gaining. I have a bad habit of running and running hard shutting down and than making myself a meal (not big) but still a meal and going to bed.

Nothing else I can figure has changed but boy I feel better and my belly well its much smaller now I can see my toes and shoe strings. As fat as I felt, just an exageration but I was heading that way.

Hey Broom, I too have been reintroduced to my toes. I went on the "Have a knee replacement surgery and vomit for four weeks due to a reaction to anesthetic and pain meds diet". I lost nearly 25 lbs. Didn't need to diet or exercise. Had physical therepy. It wasn't exercise, it was torture. But hey, I lost 25 lbs that I am trying to keep off. Good luck to you and hope you keep it off.

I just recently got back to the point to where I have to wear a belt with my size 36 jeans. Don't know how, and don't really much care, as long as I don't run into this scenario...

The guy I used to get my baseball umpiring gigs from has this huge pot belly. He was at the YMCA in the shower when a bunch of little kids started laughing at him. He then looked at them and said... "What happened? Did it change color? I haven't seen it in a few years, ya know!"
