The two non rush hour times I took 465 south no slow down at all.

If going thru Indy on 70, you have no choice but to take the bypass.

When I was home last week 65 Northbound around exit 99 was getting jammed, it was during rush hour but typically it's only southbound that gets bad during rush hour.
