Warning: Fort Wayne Pilot

When pulling into the Fort Wayne Pilot. There r two sink holes at the entrance making two way traffic nearly impossible and backing traffic up getting in.
If your truck isn't swallowed up, then u can have more fun navigating by the next two craters straight out from the pumps.
Texting barely alive from crater number three.
The store tells me there r no plans to fix them. Gee, what a shock!

And they don't allow u in the DRIVERS lounge or to do laundry between midnite and seven......welcome drivers, give us your fuel money and LEAVE.
My last time I will stop here and heck its my home town....

I liked it better before Pilot bought it out...had a kind of homey feel to it....now its cold and hard...I usually stay at the Walmart on 469....

I'm enjoying a free diet coke, compliments of the Pilot in La Vergne TN, where I have just learned that if any Pilot fuel pump at ANY location fails to spit out a receipt, you get a free coffee or fountain drink of your choice.

Nice.

I stopped getting my junk food fix at that MCDonalds long ago...I know one expediter that makes an effort to go in there and order food and then half way through the order he stops and says something like..."oh wait, I am a Expediter...I can't park here, so i can't eat here"...and leaves....

Unless the clerk is also the mgr, he's just hassling someone who doesn't deserve it. I'd ask for the mgr, then ask if it's ok for expediters to park there if they're spending money - they have the right to limit parking to their customers. Even though I didn't like it when I was in a van, and used their wifi [paid for through AT&T], but didn't want their food, lol.
I just avoid staying in Ft Wayne altogether, myself.
