Depends on your ego going in. If you have a large ego with a high level of self-importance, the above link will make you feel very small, indeed. If, however, you realize that you are not in the universe, but rather the universe is in you, once you realize that you are, literally, made of star stuff, the perspective changes and you become quite large.
