Yes, there is indeed a plane there.

Mu buddy was searching an address for sale close by, he called me and said, "wtf" ...

I believe the plane is headed to the Dayton airport, and was caught in the photo .. kinda weird

It's a plane. I went to satellite view, then magnified. The satellite caught a plane flying past as it took the photo, when you magnify the photo you get a rainbow effect which shows the plane was moving at the time.
