"Republicans are trying to disenfranchise minorities, poor people and college students..."
"strict, unforgiving burdens on the poor," like, you know, college students, who are issued a college or university ID when they register for classes.
In defense of the decision, though, Texas should just reword the law to be the same or similar to that of the other states who have had the courts sign off on their law.
