Historically Minnesota ranks at or near the top in voter turnout on election day. This year however Illinois may best Minnesota. Several precincts in Chicago where ACORN has been active are already reporting voter turnout at over 120%.

Did Tim Robbins ever get to vote?

There was some problem with his registration records and they offered him a provisional ballet. He refused, saying he had the same right to vote electronically as everyone else. Last I head he was still standing there after 5 hours, but never head what happened.
