Sorry Witness, I missed your other question. I am home hunting and paying FAR more attention to REAL LIFE and things that are FUN than what is going on in here. I play in here when I don't have FUN stuff to do!!! LOL!!
It is going to be a VERY long and difficult process to straighten out this government. For far too long the people in this country have be content to sit back and be ruled. They vote as their union, or this or that special interest group TELLS them too. Even worse, some even vote for a party for no other reason than their parents or grandparents did. This foolishness has brought about the mess we have today.
The FIRST step is get them all out. I am well aware that what comes in MIGHT not be much better but there is a CHANCE that SOME MIGHT not have the "HOOKS" of the "PuppetMaster" in their backs quite so deep. Then we KEEP voting them out, EVERY election. Do this long enough and the "MONEY MONGERS" will begin to back off wasting their money, when they see that their "30 pieces of silver" no longer have the desired affect.
WE have to start teaching our children about this Country and our Constitution. We have to go back to teaching self-reliance, hard work and the JOY of making on your own merits. We have to break that back of the idea that people are "OWNED" things by the government. We have to get back to the point where government is NOT the answer to our problems. Back to the point where we ENJOY solving them for our selves.
Living in a truly free country is DIFFICULT. It REQUIRES an individual to take RESPONSIBILITY for their OWN success and failure. Mankind tends to be lazy and therefore it is EASY for them to be lulled into the thinking that permeates our country. We have to change the thinking. We MUST preach the doctrine of "gutting it out".
There is nothing more destructive to the human spirit than having things done FOR you. That will SAP your pride and kill your soul. Mankind ALWAYS excels when faced with difficult challenges and overcoming those challenges with his own hard work, sweat and tears.
We need to bring back the importance of family and friends. Those should be the FIRST source of support and solace that a person turns to in a time of need, NOT the government.
This is a process that will take several generations. WE must start today. Voting out the scum is only the beginning, not the goal.
The end goal is regaining the FREEDOM of self-reliance.It is only when a person, a town, a city or a nation gains THAT freedom does that person, town, city or nation find happiness.
It is in the Pursuit of Happiness that you find it, you cannot find it by being given it by a kindly government. When you accept that kind of "happiness" you are at best a "pet" of a kindly master and at worst, a slave.
