Mr. Elliott,

How do you manage communications with the drivers? Not so much the day to day operational communications, but getting the word out kind of thing, getting feedback kind of thing. Newsletters, a drivers web, or facebook? I'm just curious how other people run their businesses.

We do a combination of things.

Memo's and flyers in weekly settlements
Qualcomm and/or Nextel messages
Bulletin Board postings at terminal
Facebook page
EO group
Semi-annual meetings

Are probably the most common ways we deliver information to our fleet. We also have an intra-lan website and we are working on developing the ability to deliver information to the drivers when they log into our TMS.
